When some people start their business, they actually don’t know what they want to sell, nor who they want to sell to.
You may know that you like drawing, but talking about products, it becomes vague and full of possibilities.
“I have many ideas. I want everything possible on my website.”
But you shouldn't.
You don’t want to lead people into an ocean and ask them to find whatever they want by themselves.
So where to start?
First,
Products or Clients,
You should be clear about at least one of them.
Then,
Prepare your products for your targeted client group, Or position the client group for your existing products.
If you have completely no idea, try this:
Make a list of 50 potential products/services (exaggerated),
Pick the most interesting 5.
And get your hands on to them.
